How good is it?

I am currently with T-Mobile and I was looking at a Sprint Mogul flashed to cricket for $170. I haven't been with Cricket in years. What is the call and data quality like now compared to T-Mobile. I live in Houston.
 
Cricket service has gotten alot better than years before in the Houston area even now more that they have the premium coverage areas, but cricket is good for certain people lets per say people that stays here(Houston) goes to school here, work here, and travel few times a year bc they dont mind payin a little extra for roaming since throughout most of the year the service its unlimited.
I cant do without my t mobile phone lol i get no reception in my house whatsoever only reason i have my cricket line is because is free n i experiment things on it :) , on t mo i have 5 lines with unlimited text, pic, n unlimited data plans on all the phones n share 700 minutes and very rare we go over 600 minutes we pay usually $190, but on another note i check my calls last month i used 3300 mobile to mobile minutes, 1200 fave 5 minutes but hey those are free Lol
