How fast will a 12 horsepower motor go on a bicycle?

I am looking to put a motor on my bicycle. Can anybody tell me how fast a 12hp motor would make a bike go? thanks
 
no one can give you an answer without knowing what gear ratios you are using or pulleys.
 
When I was a kid I got a bike to go about 65mph with a 10hp, that was before I realized the little rubber brake pads are not made for that speed, and is very hard to take a hand off the handle bars and fool around with a hot engine to try to get it turned off at 60. (I was only 12 and did not think things through to clearly.) I ended up peeling gravel out of my back for weeks. Be careful
