How fast those scolosis progress?

I have a mild scolosis curve my doctor said it was no concern and did not prescribe or gave nothing anyways those this progress fast or can it stay the same she also said mines could be from bs posture and could be fixed from sitting up straight I get pain on my right shoulder blade could this mean it's getting worse
 
Scoliosis does not progress that fast. I agree with your doctor, just try to have a better posture, and be careful when playing dangerous sports like football, and you'll be fine. The pain on your shoulder might just be minor soreness. If the pain becomes extremely unbearable, then go to the doctor to get checked, but I am pretty sure that it is nothing.
