I'm using the High Intensity Interval Training method for fast fat burning. How fast should I be sprinting in the short amount of time while on the treadmill? I usually run about 8.2mph while on it. Is this fast enough. Also, does this method of running help you more than if you were to run like two miles each day both in cardio and effective fat burning?
