How fast is a Honda PS 125i?

I thought all 125's were more or less the same speed as some are only a little lighter but I heard the Gilera Runner does 0-60 in 6 seconds? My PS feels like it takes more than double that! Is it worth derestricting? or will I be wasting my time?

Just to clarify, I meant the 0-60 time not the top speed, cheers :-)
