how fast does a honda crf50 go and is it made in china or usa?

im looking forward to buy the mini bike honda crf 50 for myself, because i like mini dirt bikes.
my questions are, how fast does it go (i weigh 125) and is it chinese made or american? would it fall apart after a day of usage? would you reccomand it? thx
