If you goto http://www.sportrider.com/bikes/146_performance_numbers/suzuki.html they list all the performance numbers for every bike they've tested since 1997. Ill save you the trouble of following that link, though and post what they have for 2006 GSX-R600 (which I believe was unchanged for the 2007 model):
Quarter Mile Time, and Trap Speed: 10.641 @ 132.71
60-80MPH Top Gear Roll On: 3.93 secs
80-100MPH Top Gear Roll On: 4.4
Top Speed: 158.8 (gearing limited)
And like most high-spun 600s you can expect 45MPG or so (plus or minus 5MPG depending on how heavy your right hand is), and 0-60 is most likely south of 5 seconds.
