I was in a complicated car accident.I was crossing a 4 way intersection / two way stop.I was on the stop sighn side of the intersection a car was stopped in the left hand turning lane. Turning into the road i was leaving,this car had no stop sighn but the lady waved me through so i looked both ways ensured the intersection was clear and proceeded,knowing this car was there i wanted to clear the intersection as quicly as possible but not breaking the speed limit.this road i was crossing is 4 lane 2 in each direction and a turning lane in each direction.so as i looked for cars coming all the way through the intersection until i had to look straight to guide my truck straight into the next road wich was a walmart parking lot entrance lane.As i was crossing the last through travel lane a 1994 4 dr toyota camry slamed into my front passenger side wheel spinning my truck around and then making contact with the back of my truck tearing up the entire passenger side bed. and then the camry made contact with another car head on that was waiting to pull off the rd i was diving onto. My truck stopped rolling approximately 100 ft from the point of impact.My truck should definately way more than this car , and should not have been moved this far with the motor off and the front control arm broken where she hit the front wheel.Two wittnesses came foward and said i crossed the intersection impatiently.I dont think they saw the woman wave me on. But its obvious to me that the camry was going faster than the posted speed limit of twenty five.I know the cards are stacked against me, the woman that waved me on dident give a statement,so i have no proof that she waved me on exept that if she dident wave me on and seen me cut her off and cause a wreck she surley would have waited and told the cops what happend.I have pictures of of the wrecked cars and my truck all where they ended up and pics of the scene that show how far my truck rolled from the point of impact by oil stains in the grass and stay dry on the side walk where my truck came to rest.DO I HAVE A FIGHTING CHANCE IN COURT. I WAS CHARGED WITH FAILURE TO YEILD.
