I'm trying to ask my girlfriend to prom using a bunch of candles that spell out "P.R.O.M.?" but the first time I tried (yesterday), the winds blew the candles out and I had to abandon ship. I think winds were roughly 12-15mph that day ( I live in Chicago).
How many mph should I look for in order to make sure this doesn't happen again?
