how fast can you really make a honda civic si?

im asking this question because im looking for a nice fast car, and something i can hook up i currently have a 2007 honda civic lx and im deffinatly not satisfied with that lol..on top of it all its automatic... i need opinions on what i should get for next year when i get rid of this one
 
not very. you want something more serious, get a hyundai genesis coupe or a subaru impreza.
