How far should I run to burn off an apple and tin of tuna?

I'm restricting fairly heavily at the moment - this weekend each day I'll have an apple and a small tin of tuna and black coffee. How far should I run to burn this off ?

On top of this I want to do a second run to challenge myself and to burn bodyfat as well is an extra hour good enough?

I'm really focused, fit and used to running and restricting.
