I am staying at Sirata beach resort. Do they have a limitation on how far out you can go? And I plan on taking all the paid for boat tours, but would like to go out by myself just to sit and take pics of the marine life. How far would I need to go out to see dolphins? I know you obviously can' t tell me exactly, but approximately please. I have never been out of KS so have no idea about this kind of thing. Thanks ! Also are there alot of marine mammals close to Sirata on St. Pete?
