Was watching Mavs vs Wizards just now and noticed Wizard coach's in front of his bench on his own teams side foot was halfway across the line and he was leaning over it and pointing over it.. so technically his body is within the boundries in the field of play. If JJ Barea ran into a part of his body, even tripping on his foot, would that would be a foul?
How far inside the out-of-bounds line does the coach have to be to be fouled.?
