This is my first time renting a car.
To make a long story short, my car needs to go to the shop tomorrow. I need a way to get to my second job, and I can't drive my car there because it's gotta be in the shop at 6 pm and I've gotta be at my second job by 6.
If you need to rent a car, how long does it take to get the rental car? Is it possible to rent a car the same date that you order it? Can you rent a car a few hours before you need it?
This is really an emergency, because I can't afford to lose my second job! I'm a teacher but they let me have a day off school (which I can't really afford either but I didn't have much choice).
