So I want to start these cardio Kickboxing classes as my exercise routine. I hate the treadmill and thought this would be a fun alternative. I want to lose about 6Kg's and I have been really struggling to lost that extra weight for 2 years now (I'm 24 years old). So if any one who does this form of exercise I want to know, how well does it work? If I do 3 classes a week fo 45 min sessions, will I be able to lose that weight fairly quickly (in about 3 months). The Kickboxing classes include a full body work out and Cardio.
