I worked at an Outback for 2 years and want to transfer to another store after my manager said some inappropriate things to me. The proprietor of the store I want to transfer to used to be a manager at my old store, so we know each other and he knows I'm a hard worker. What is Outback's policy for transferring employees? Do they have to accept me or is it possible they will turn me away? I plan on calling this afternoon but I just want to know what the outcomes might be. I really need to get back to working fast and I appreciate all the help you can give me. Thank you
