how easy is it to get internet on this phone?

i brought this phone from hong kong a few months ago. im with the 3 network australia and i get a free 1gb of internet usage with my plan. the phone doesn't let me use the internet it is a Iphone slide (N88) when i go to use the internet i go thought
1.services
2.WAP
3.Homepage
then it comes up with GPRS not subscribes

how do i fix this? can it be fixed?
