How easy is it to get HIV from oral sex?

I desperately need some reassurance, I recently had a one night stand with a bi-curious guy. He told me that he was clean and that he didn't have penetrative sex with men just oral sex. We used a condom for sex but I gave him oral sex without one. Now I'm scared stiff that I've caught something, help please!
 
Infection can theoretically occur if you have any cuts or sores in your mouth (for that reason the advice is not to have oral sex shortly after brushing teeth) - although it is a small risk compared to other activities. Sorry that might not be the answer you want, the only way you can get complete peace of mind is to get tested (and for other diseases too, as HIV is not the only STD).
