How easy is it to both put on and take off a pickup camper?

I'm thinking about getting one and selling my Class C (save on maintenance and insurance). I have no idea how they work.
Can I put it on and take it off myself or does it usually need more than one person?

I drive an 08 Tundra w/ a 6ft box.
 
When I was a kid, we had the overhead camper and somehow, my dad was able to keep lifted off the ground (sorry getting old) maybe with blocks or saw horses and he just drove under it.
