How easy is it for someone to take you to court?

ok. I had this ex boyfriend who ended up cheating on me. Out of anger, humiliation and frustration I do admit I got a little extreme with the way I handled the situation. He threatened to call the cops and I immediately stopped all contact with him. It has been about 5 or 6 months since I've last had contact with him, but I do continue to get on his myspace. I figured that was harmful and it sort of became a habit for everytime I would sign on mine. He recently got profilesnitch and I didn't think anything of it at the time so I continued with my habit. He has posted on his page now that I have visited his myspace 30 times in the last 4 or 5 days and has been telling everyone that I get on about 15 times a day.. I KNOW that is not accurate at all, but I stopped getting on it all together. Today is the first time I have visited it in a few weeks and he is now telling everyone about some kind of court date he has with me.. I have yet to hear anything, but it is kind of scary.. Let me remind you that I had NO contact with him for about 5 or 6 months. I haven't even tried and the extent of me getting on his myspace page was out of pure habit to see if he posted anything mean about me (which he was doing after we broke up). Someone please help.. Am I just getting overly worked up about this? I don't visit his page anymore and I never threatened him at all.
