I got mine less than a month ago and when I was running on the treadmill with it placed on the stand, I tripped and the entire device is pulled off. It fell 3 feet on the spinning belt, then was conveyed to the carpet floor. I picked it up and it still look perfect, no scratch, no nothing and still works like dandy, but I was scared that the impact will damage the internal system. I had anti-glare screen protector applied and hard plastic case enclosed. I also know that ipod touch uses flash drive. I was wondering how durable is the internal "brain" of this delicate device????? Is flash drive designed to withstand impact? Damn I'm reckless, i almost spat out my heart when it hit hard on the treadmill.
How durable is ipod touch 4g?
