i adore my friends very very much, and i have insanely good relations with them all, which i'm so grateful for!
however, i just have to say (with myself included) that we're one dramatic bunch, particularly in regards to sexuality.
for instance, i have 4 guy friends that i see as being my brothers, my family. one is gay, three are straight, however two of the straight boys have been in love with the third straight boy for over a year.
its kind of random. the two boys weren't even friends when it all started, but i got them to bond over the fact they adored my other friend (one would tell me everything then the next would tell me literally, almost word for word, the same things).
or, another one of my friends had a drama with a boy and a crush on one of her best girlfriends (although she identifies as straight) and i pretty much helped her deal with a years worth of dramas. we became inseperable and amazing friends, we never fought at all. we just understood each other.
so one night, we were staying at a friends house and we just ended up hooking up for the entire night (which was very surprising and confusing to me) but it felt really right, like a natural progression..
well, long story short, one random night lead to us fighting over trust and hurting each other a lot, which also coincided with exams and her having an emotional breakdown. of course, to top things off we then had to live with each other for a month on a school exchange.
nowadays, shes dating our good friends ex (went out for 4 years) and is still crazy.
on top of that, one of my best female friends (who is bi) and i happened to fall for the same girl who she ended up having a thing with, and it was sort of her coming out affair.
there were also rumours about me and her (which is rather funny since we're like family) and another one of our friends had a rumour spread about him by a boy that stalks him..
ironically, the gay friend i mentioned earlier has been kissing more girls than most of my guy friends, and my lesbian friend fell in love with a boy.
man, and that is just the start of things! may i just say, what the hell is up with this haha
so what my quesiton is, do many of you folk have similarly crazy social circles?
