My boyfriend has an ENV touch with Verizon and I have an iPhone with AT&T. We want to chat for free since I have unlimited messaging and he does not (yet, he will if necessary). What I have heard is that if he uses yahoo messenger that is already preloaded on his phone and I use my iPhone app, we can chat for free. I was told that Verizon will "charge" his core texting plan (which is unlimited mobile to mobile) and then an additional 500 out of network, that will not be "charged." We both have unlimited data. Please help... we do not want to find out when he gets his bill!
