how does wind energy work?

how do you make electricity from the wind? (how do the motors work/what do they do, as the bladdes are spun by the wind, in order to produce electricity?)

i'm not looking for a link to a site with a super confusing explanation, i'm a college, just finished mechanics and started electricity&magnetism class, mostly interested in how they make electrons/electricity
