How does Voip Call termination Business works in south east asia, and how

much would one need to invest? A few friends have suggested me to invest in this business, they says all I have to do is to buy some equipments and highpeed internet and a computer to check traffic and calls made. every week some related company will pay me depending on how much calls has been made. But before investing so much I want to know how it works and what kinds of equipments I need.
If any one can enlighten me, I would really appreciate it. thank you
