How does this exercise plan sound?

Hi guys, I've recently become very determined to get in shape and get rid of my body fat. So I'm 13 (14 in 2 weeks) years old, I'm 5'7 and I weight roughly 135. I am slim and I do have love handles on my stomach area and chubby thighs, these are not obvious if you just look at me but to me they are just too much. I want to be able to tone my entire body, get rid of all the excess body fat, and get in really good shape. This is the exercise plan I am thinking of having:
Monday: Hiphop Dance class for 1 hour (fairly intense)
Tuesday: 30 minute high level swim class (intense)
Wednesday: Jogging up and down hills for about 30-40 minutes
Thursday: 30 minute high level swim class (intense)
Friday: Jogging up and down hills for about 30-40 minutes
Saturday: 2 hours of volleyball practice

I also plan to fit jogging into some other days too in addition. What do you guys think? How long will it take for me to get a toned body and what changes can I make?
