sometimes i can here the bells ringing from a prison near by... sometimes its two short bells and sometimes it's one long bell, and one time my friend told me that if its three bells, that means something bad happened.....

since i live only a few blocks away from the prison, i really would like to know what they mean, so i can be informed. i mean if someone escaped from the prison or something like that, i'd like to know
