I'm still trying to figure out the part of the bill covering pre-existing conditions for adults... I saw this:
"A temporary high-risk pool will be set up to cover adults with pre-existing conditions. Health care exchanges will eliminate the program in 2014."
Does this mean those with pre-existing conditions will be given normal access by 2014? What does this mean for individuals with HIV - a known victim of the insurance companies...
