If a muslim man is talking to a muslim woman (living in 2 different countries so on the phone only, and arranged by their families) how long can this continue before it's too late to stop the marriage communication process? Or is there a time limit, can the man change his mind at any time even after a few months and decide that he doesn't want to continue on to potential engagement?
