I live in a duplex with neighbors that seem to enjoy getting belligerently drunk on a semi-weekly basis and tend to play music loud enough to vibrate the whole of the upstairs. Me and my roommates have, on several occasions, requested them to turn down the volume when we can get them to answer their door.
I had gone down to request them to turn it down, one of them went off on an inebriated rant. She Did pass through the threshold of the apartment, they were already violating noise ordinances as well as having music loud enough to vibrate the entire upstairs running until 3:00 A.M.
I would love to know how that law effects apartments because I would not put it past any of them to attempt to break down our paper-thin door as some idiotic revenge ploy.
