How does the brain visualize images? Is it from the neurons?

If so, how does the neurons create the images? Is it like some kind of energy that manifests itself or what?

For example, could you visualize the statue of liberty in your head right now? If so, how exactly did your brain create the image?

The mind IS from the brain, right? So it doesn't really matter if I said brain ...
