I know that it is around 14 days (30 in california) once you buy a phone and are not satisfied or if it is defective you can return it. My question is, is it just a return or can you completely refund it and cancel your entire upgrade/new account with T-mobile? I mean, if I renew a contract for 2 years and buy let's say samsung vibrant and it turns out that I don't want the vibrant at all cause of so many problems, then i go in and get a refund but im stuck without a phone+ an existing contract .. and to buy another phone at retail price and NOT upgrade price would be like $500 or so.
Does the buyer's remorse only work for exchanges or can I completely return the samsung vibrant (for example) and change to the G2 or the mytouch 4g? if i do change to a different model, do I have to pay FULL retail price of $500-550 for it, or would I get the exchanged phone at the upgrade price?
thanks.
