How does our biology dictate our behavior?

1. Hunger: often overlooked but you go out of you way multiple times a day to keep putting food into your body.

2. Emotions: fluctuations in hormones can cause mood swings or mind states which change the way a person behaves towards another. (specific examples being: Menstruation or Pregnancy in women.)

3. Physical Appearance: Knowing that you look good or seeing that you are ugly will definitely affect how you behave around people, approach people and go about your day.

4. Drugs: While this is not directly from our body, it does induce biological changes which alter the perception and behavior or the person taking them.

5. Sex drive: People change their behavior patterns drastically when seeing someone they find attractive. Not only will they do things out of character; but will also engage in deception, jealousy, or involve themselves in physical conflicts because their biology makes sex that desirable.
