How does one make a html submit form button lead somewhere?

My website is in the very early stages. I figured out how to make name and info registration boxes and a "submit info" button, but have no idea how to make that info reach my mailbox. Is there some sort of separate account I would need to set up somewhere? The site is nsflagfootball.com (I promise it is a harmless godaddy parking space)
