Okay, I have been working on my sausage and red sauce dish, my sauce is near perfect but I just cant figure out how to get a good sausage, Ive been baking them and taht does okay, I don't like to fry them beacuse thats the way my mom does it and they are always burned, what do I do.
I put the sausage in the sauce and let it stew for about half an hour?
If I put them in longer could I possibly just pop in the sausages raw?
