How does nand memory affect the nokia n8? My friend and me are debating over which phone is the best deal. We understand every spec except for the nand memory. The nokia n900 has 768 mb of nand memory however the nokia n8 has 512 mb of nand memory. Thats all it says about that on the nokia specs page for each phone. Both phones have the same ram of 256 mb. Now my qeustion is, I heard that the nokia n900 has 768 mb of "virtual memory". But on the nokia website, this is quoted as 768 mb of nand memory. it doesn't say anything of swap space or anything like this.
So I am wondering, does Nand memory mean the same as virtual memory? Will the 512 mb of nand memory for the nokia n8 also be swapspace as in the 768 mb on the n900?
