How does my girlfriend tell her mum shes having sex?

My girlfriend and i recently started having sex, and she wants to tell her mum but she doesn't know how to, I'm pretty clueless aswell. I've noticed her mum tends to overreact a lot and has a strict way of parenting.
We've been going out for at least 9 months
 
Having sex before marriage is not a good Ideal, but treat her like a queen in font of her mom an when the time I right tell her
 
how long have you been going out? she would get mad if you have been going out for only months. she should just say shes really in love. but her mom would be shocked. not overreact.
