How does my exercise regime look....?

Im 17 - 5''6 and 7 stone 7 kgs. I am also a vegetarian and have an iron deficiency.

I don't do exercise everyday...its usually on a saturday and sundays and school breaks.

I usually do 1hr in a day. 45 mins running and 15mins warm up exercises. Im starting doing sit-ups but i don't wanna do too much..how many should i do?

Also is this about of exercise , going to have a impact on my boob size? As im only a B cup and wouldn't want to go down to a A.
