how does it cost for an early upgrade to t-mobile?

So I have a MOTOROLA cliq now.Im planning to go off to college in september and I want my phone upgraded by then to a new one(maybe the htc or my-Touch 4G).I signed a 2 year contract and I've had the phone for about 13 months now,so by august it will be 19 months,so it will be an early upgrade.How much will it cost to get that upgrade even though i will only be like 5 months away from ending my contract?
