How does Human Cloning Relate to the US Constitution?

I'm doing a project on human cloning, and I can not find any evidence on *why human cloning should stay banned in the US* (< my opinion) that the US constitution supports. Do you know any article numbers/section in the Bill of Rights that would support my opinion? Would the ninth amendment work?.. Help?
P.S. I do not wish to debate/argue about my opinion on the topic right now,
