I dont see many manufactors making power at 7000-8000rpm even with verible valve timing now days and still remain emission complient and good fuel econemy. Even the racing chevy small blocks only do about 7200 with an emissions complient hot cam.
Anyone have an insight to there desighn or shapes used?
The thing is you can rev a lot of engines to 8000rpm with the right cam and dohc but you still wont breath enough air to make over 220 something horsepower in a little 4 cyl.
That is why im curius on how honda does it.
