How does Creative Audigy SE maps stereo sound when you use CMSS-3D on Windows 7?

I want to know what would happen if I play a stereo (2.0 channels) sound file and apply CMSS-3D effect. I would like an answer like: Rear right = YourAnswer1, Rear left = YourAnswer2, and the same with center and subwoofer.
