My ex BF and i are going to be going trough the system because he denies being my 2 month old sons dad (which he is). He hasn't seen him and after we establish paternity and he is ordered to pay i know he will ask for visitation. I don't want him to have my son in his care because i know hes a bad dad and a drug addict my son will just be pawned off on someone else. I don't need criticism here i know i picked the wrong person to have a child with. I just need help with my question thanks to those who take this problem of mine seriously. Is there i can have him hot get visitation or supervised?
