How does all this sound; Do I need any improvements?

I am trying to lose weight and change my bad ways to good ways!! I have been walking 30 minutes during the week while I'm on my lunch break, which means I don't eat lunch. It's either walk or eat! And frankly i'm not all that hungry at that time. I usually have some cereal in the morning and or yogurt and toast w/butter. I don't usually eat at all while I'm at school. I will drink water though. I have a 20ounce bottle that I refill a few times a day. Dinner is not my strong point. I will come home and over indulge my self. And My snacking is horrid!! I eat chocolate, cookies, chips, salty prosciutto!! Ahh! I need help in that department! I want to lose 150lbs all together and I want to do it right!
