How does a woman's discharge usually change throughout her cycle?

I usually only pay attention to the fertile mucous around ovulation, but have decided to start tracking discharge at other times as well.

Can anybody point me towards a list of what types of discharge/mucous are usual at different times of a woman's cycle? I know everybody is different, but it would provide me with a baseline to check against to figure out what is normal for me.

Usually right before my period I have clear watery discharge that's light. Or discharge that dries white ocassionally. After my period no discharge. I'm sure you know how discharge looks during ovulation, its egg white in consistency and you should be able tto stretch it. During pregnancy though discharge is heavy and constant

Well just after your period, you become very dry around the vagina and then you start to experience wetness and two weeks before your period, right in the middle of your cycle your mucous will be like "egg whites" as its described and extremely sticky, also sex is extremely easy and comfortable at this time of your cycle as you are at your most fertile and relaxed and chances of pregnancy are 90% higher unless off course you use protection. After the middle of your cycle, it all depends on your libido and comfort level really as medication and prescription sedatives and antidepressants can cause vaginal dryness. usually the week before your period you will notice yellow/watery discharge and then after your period you should start again and be dry for a few days.

I have been looking into cycles too since Hubby and I are trying for a baby
hope i could help :)
