How does a warrant that has been rejected by a Judge affect your rights?

I have just found out that i had been issued a warrant for a FTA in 2000, and the judge rejected it in 2005 without any involvement by me. How does this affect my record and my rights? and if it has a negative affect, what can i do to clear it off of my record?
