How does a virgo man act if he thinks your attractive but has a girlfriend?

Does he ignore you? But stares at you like crazy?

I asked him why he ignores me but he just made up excuses and knowing virgos their straight forward so i didnt think he was lieng. & he said i was cute and tried to get with me once when he had a girlfriend, but now he has a another one. Help please !!!
