I work in a special needs school and i particularly would love to teach sport there although there is already a sports teacher who covers the range of sport classes taught at this small school. I really love this school and the staff/students and i would like to promote my sporting skills so that if a position comes up i am favored. I have majored in psychology in mainstream education but i have a particular interest in teaching sport to special needs students. I am a graduate subsitute teacher and i have found this is where my passion lies. Not all the teachers at the school have special needs qualifications yet are excellent teachers. What should I do to be a 'vital statistic' in the back of their mind for Physical Education or assitance in the sporting curriculum of the school.
