How does a girl ask a guy to the dance?

I want to ask this guy to the dance at my school but i dont no wat to say. I am a girl and the guy is my friend but i dont even no if he likes me. Can anyone help me?
 
First get one of your friends to ask if he likes you. Then you can just say "hay are you doing anything on(date of dance) and would you like to go with me". Have fun
 
Just walk up to him and ask. It's that simple...you may be rejected or you may not, but at least you will know and not have to sit around wondering what if. Some guys like it when a girl walks up to him and says hello. Good luck.
 
well first if shes sitting at a bar go sit next to her and make small talk like hi! how are u? wats your name then say sumthing like oh i love this song wanna dance?? if its like ball room posh thing the only thing u can do is wlk up and ask
 
Just casually strike up a conversation with him. Eventually move onto the topic of the dance and say, "Oh have you got a partner yet? I still haven't." But remember to say it in a very casual way. Being friends you can do this. He replies that no, he doesn't. "Mmm. Maybe we should just go together then?" Make it sound like a spontaneous decision. Then he says yes blah blah you go to the dance fall in love and live happily ever after.
 
I think you should just ask him... if its fear of rejection that is holding you back, you should try to ignore it. You will be rejected by so many in your life but the ones who don't reject you can be in your life forever. Do you understand what I am trying to say? If he says no then he's an idiot, but if he says yes...who knows what will happen. And if you don't ask him you will always wonder about the "What Ifs"
