How does a 12 year old get a PhD? I have CLEP tested everything and cannot come close .?

Is there a hidden route that I am unaware of? I know if given PhD level testing I would pass, can I sue for the right to challenge, why should I pay a fortune for knowledge I already know? I have never studied at all, rarely read required texts, yet pass everything with a 4.0 GPA
